Alvinne Fellowship 2020

Alvinne 每一年都會推出一個系列比 Fellowship member, 今年我地都會可以將依個特別系列帶泥香港比大家! 今年 Alvinne Fellowship 2020 會有總共 4.5 升啤酒 (6 x 75 cl), 每枝酒既資料如下,Alvinne launches a series of limited and special beers for the Fellowship members. We are very happy to import these limited beers this year – the Fellowship 2020. The Fellowship 2020 consists of 4.5 Liters of beers (6 x 75 cl) and the information of the beers is as follows,  

1. Laurelin 2019 - Cuvée Elenna - 7 vol % alc - 7 months aged on Marsala barrel Schaarbeekse cherries
2. The Barrelrider - Cuvée de Mortagne - 12.8 vol % - 15 months aged on Sauternes barrel dried fig leaves and medlar 
3. Smaug - Cuvée de Mortagne - 12.8 vol % alc - 12 months aged on Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrel - with dried dates 
4. Miruvor - La Calavera Collab - 9 vol % alc - Sloephi blended with Whisky barrel aged mead
5. Goldberry - Cuvée Elenna – 7 vol % alc - 10 months aged in Vermouth barrel with sea buckthorn berry
6. Palantir - 40 % spontaneous fermentation - blend with mixed fermentation farmhouse sour with quince (60 %) - 15 months aged in Bordeaux barrels.
