3 FONTEINEN IS A BELGIUM LAMBIC BREWERY AND BLENDARY SINCE 1887. LAMBICS ARE SOUR BEERS AGED IN OAK BARRELS, THEN BLENDED OR MACERATED WITH FRUITS TO PRODUCE SPECIAL BEERS. THEIR AROMA AND TASTE CHANGED OVER THE AGING PROCESS.

CA’DEL BRADO IS A BOLOGNESE BREWERY, DEDICATED TO THE FERMENTATION AND REFINEMENT OF UNCONVENTIONAL BEERS. THEIR IDEA IS TO FERMENT AND REFINE BEERS THROUGH MATURATION IN WOODEN VATS WITH DIFFERENT CHARACTERISTICS. THANKS TO THE COMBINATION OF WILD YEASTS AND BACTERIA, THEIR BEERS FEATURE PLEASANT BRETTY AND SOUR AROMA/TASTE. Craftbros is a new brewery from South Korea, and they also have their own Taproom in Seoul.
